Jessica Sutta: A Journey of Mind, Body, and Spirit

Recently, we had the chance to chat with Jessica Sutta, former member of the Pussycat Dolls, who is now pursuing a solo career and topping the Billboard dance charts. We appreciate her sharing how she maintains her health while always on the move. Let’s explore her “mind, body, and soul” philosophy for staying happy and healthy!

Jess believes that balancing mind, body, and soul is crucial for achieving anything in life. She dedicates time to meditate, practice yoga, and exercise regularly. Her routine includes hiking, floor yoga, and home workouts with exercises she finds on Instagram, like squats and butt exercises.

Connecting with nature is important to Jessica, especially because life in Hollywood can get quite hectic. She stays grounded by spending time outdoors and maintaining a consistent fitness regimen. She takes a class called Self Physique, which focuses on weight training for different body parts over an hour. Jess emphasizes the importance of weight training for staying slender and shedding pounds.

While on the road, Jessica brings her weights and follows a routine of squats, leg lifts, pushups, and other exercises. She aims to get at least an hour of workout, no matter where she is. Over the past year, she has switched to a pescetarian diet, avoiding red meat and chicken, and eating gluten-free. She enjoys cooking healthy meals with fish or kale, learning recipes from Google. Jess believes nurturing the body from within, with clean eating, is essential for the mind, body, and soul connection.

Jessica has found meditation to be transformative. Despite a busy schedule, she makes time for it, helping her stay calm, healthy, and stress-free. Meditation, according to Jess, is key to life, attracting positive energy and good vibes.

She recently released her new single, “Let It Be Love,” written by Rico Love and produced by S-X, from her upcoming album “Feline Resurrection,” set to be out this fall. She is about to kick off her tour across the United States, with dates available on her Facebook page. The remix package for her single will be released on June 8th.

Jessica’s advice for everyone is to love and take care of oneself, as it leads to a long, prosperous life. While it’s easy to not work out and just relax, she encourages living life to the fullest and staying physically and mentally healthy.
